Welcome to our first ever bi-annual catalogue This year we mark the coming of spring with our publishing programme for the first half of 2020� Those eagled-eyed readers might notice that titles now appear in different subject categories and new in paperback titles are included in the main catalogue� We would love to hear what you think! But our catalogue is only as good as our authors who once again this year deliver some truly excellent publications� It is a bumper year for Studies in Private International Law with five titles publishing (pg 43)� We publish the first volume of the magisterial work Lawyers in 21st-Century Societies edited by Richard L Abel, Ole Hammerslev, Hilary Sommerlad and Ulrike Schultz (pg 47)� We are delighted to see new editions of classic textbooks such as Andrew Burrows’ A Casebook on Contract (pg 21) and Louise Gullifer and Jennifer Payne’s Corporate Finance Law (pg 16)� Finally, congratulations to Loveday Hodson and Troy Lavers and all the contributors to Feminist Judgments in International Law which has been awarded the 2020 ASIL Certificate of Merit for a Preeminent Contribution to Creative Scholarship� Sinéad Moloney Editorial Director, February 2020
