Tickets are not transferable and non-refundable unless the business is closed due to restrictions in place caused by COVID-19 - then the venue will refund all monies paid if the event cannot go ahead or a suitable date replacement is not available. If the event cannot proceed as advertised due to restrictions in place the venue will do its utmost to offer a revised format which tickets will be automatically transferred to, alternatively if any amendments are not suitable then a refund of all monies paid can be requested.
